I lived in cute little brick rental home for almost four years before Jesse and I got married, and then he moved in. I just never felt like I had space to invite people in. Closed off kitchen, one space for living/dining, and one SMALL bathroom, I was just always on edge when people were there. It felt like a house with a magnifying glass, the imperfect felt like it was glaring, but the fun things felt like they were getting lost.

Our house can’t be more opposite! Wide open spaces, high ceilings, and big windows that just bring such a perfect natural light.

As much as I want to show you how far we have come since the end of May, this is what we walked into and feel that’s the best way to start!
